About the position

Perido is looking for an inter-service employee for our client, a public authority. The position is located at the authority's office in Gävle, and the work is done on-site.

Your responsibilities

• Work with office service and internal service
• Collect, sort, and distribute mail
• Unpack materials and shipments
• Receive and handle goods and packages
• Assist with moving and furnishing
• Prepare premises and equipment for meetings and conferences
• Be responsible for servicing, for example, copying machines
• Manage printing, dispatch, and storage of mass-printed materials, reports, and course materials
• Conduct troubleshooting related to the property and report and follow up on issues together with property owners or property managers
• Control access and receive visitors
• Reception work
• Order office and cleaning supplies
• Invoice management
• Document completed actions

Your qualities

To succeed in this assignment, you need to be a service-oriented and accommodating person who finds it easy to collaborate with others, while also being able to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. You are structured and meticulous in your work approach and have the ability to plan and prioritize even when the workload varies. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and flexible, with a positive attitude towards changes and new tasks. You thrive in a role with many points of contact and have good communication skills, where you professionally meet both colleagues and visitors.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least three (3) years of work experience as a service employee (or equivalent role) in the public sector
• Driver's license (B)
• Experience in handling incoming cases
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of case management systems
• Good ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-12-31. Start date 2026-02-20.
